I hate movies where there's just that one guy who's (apparent) sole purpose is to piss you off and is consistently a thorn in the protagonist's side.
Worse still if when the protagonist gets the upper hand on him, he ends up letting him live because he's "not worth killing".
An example of this I can recall would be the German dude who shows up every time Indy finds something valuable in Indiana Jones: Raiders of the Lost Ark.

1. Never EVER hitting with a gun during gunfight, shooting millions of bullets, all of them miss.
2. We need to break into the system, but it's protected by password. Can you break it? Yes, but this takes time.
THIS FUCKING HAPPENS EVERY TIME, IN EVERY MOVIE THERE IS SOMETHING PROTECTED BY PASSWORD AND SOME HACKER WORKING FOR BAD GUY CAN BREAK THE PASSWORD BUT IT WILL TAKE A WHILE.
And then when they type on the keyboards they never hit 'space'.

Much worse when all they do is hammer keys on a keyboard without any external devices attached.
