Man, your dad sounds like a horrible tyrant. You should get some authorities involved, maybe then he'll realize what he's doing. He's ABUSING you, child abuse is entirely illegal in basically every industrialized country. If calling the local child help channel doesn't work, and if you're really desperate, call the police. Abuse against anyone is illegal, so you're well within your rights to report it. Having someone to back up your claim might improve your chances as well.

Mind you, i don't know where you live or the specific laws in that country. I don't know how the cops would react either, but i strongly doubt they'd dismiss a claim of child abuse as a prank call. Regardless, adjust accordingly.
