The RFID chip, which is referred to as the illuminati(which by the way, doesn't fucking exist, nor are they plotting to take over the world) chip is a security system used mainly for merchandise in several stores(who choose to use them). Rockefeller's son or grandson or one of them said "Hey, wouldn't it be a good idea if we put these in people, so we could know where everyone is, and oh, yeah, cars and stuff will open with the signal from the chip."
