I call this move the pecs blood gush
(stay in relax until i say so)
Contract:both hips, both pecs and abs
Extend:both knees
raise: both shoulders
Grabby hands
space 2x
press c
lower: both shoulders
Space 2x
contract: both knees
press either p or c(press see like 5 or 6 times)
lower both shoulders
constrict abs and legs
and your standing with swords
and after that (spacex5 if in free play)
then extend legs and shoulders
and then WOLVERINE POSE
