Hmmm... 15 points out of 29? That's just over half, I personally think 20 would be better. So half the clan won't be disagreeing on the decision.

I suggested ten because sometimes one or more of the leaders will be inactive, and we don't want the applicant waiting for too long. 15 works, but only if several members post opinions. 20 is way too high, I doubt so many leaders/elders/members will post(and give a yes) within one week, let alone a few days.

Well, from MonkeyLip's vote, we had all three leaders and 7 members vote, which would be a total of 16 points, which is just enough.

That was a big vote too, so I'm not sure this will work for a typical vote.

Just kidding. Maybe we'll do 12, because if all leaders vote yes, then 3 members or 2 elders have to vote yes, or any combination of the two.

Is it happening? I think it's a great idea.

Me and Pitch talked about it more yesterday. Taking into account what you said, I suggested we implement it like this:

Leaders and Elders "yes" - 3 points
Core members "yes" - 2 points
New Blood "yes" - 1 point.

Applicant would need 15 points to get in. Since all leaders are not always online, nearly half the points will have to come from members.
