It honestly depends on your definition of living. If living means inhaling oxygen and exhaling while maintaining thoughts in the current body you have now, then not very probably close to maybe 5 or 6 hundred years with nanobots (somewhat like the worms in futurama that make you a better person) constantly repairing your body and mind..... the mind would eventually deteriorate due to natural causes. Eternity if your definition of living is simply conscientious thought.
At some point in time, humans will be able to upload their minds to the "internet" or mindnet or some other virtual world where they can live indefinately absorbing information and sending it back to their bodies. They would also be able to technically redownload their minds from the net, the only issue with this is keeping both the "real" and internet mind in sync so that you don't become two separate people.
