Christmas Lottery
My friend from school actually told me something today about a jelly fish that grows older, then reverts back to a juvenile or someshit. I was too busy watching a soccer game to catch all of it. But apparently it is immortal because it goes back in age.

They do age no doubt, but they go back or something. It is very intriguing. I am going to look into it.

Sorry, the fact that it's "[y]our religion" does not give you free reign to try to shove it down other peoples' throats as fact. Either discuss like someone capable of rational thought or do what the last 9 words of that post you quoted say.

It honestly depends on your definition of living. If living means inhaling oxygen and exhaling while maintaining thoughts in the current body you have now, then not very probably close to maybe 5 or 6 hundred years with nanobots (somewhat like the worms in futurama that make you a better person) constantly repairing your body and mind..... the mind would eventually deteriorate due to natural causes. Eternity if your definition of living is simply conscientious thought.

At some point in time, humans will be able to upload their minds to the "internet" or mindnet or some other virtual world where they can live indefinately absorbing information and sending it back to their bodies. They would also be able to technically redownload their minds from the net, the only issue with this is keeping both the "real" and internet mind in sync so that you don't become two separate people.

I think the uploading my mind thing would be really cool. Sync your brain with iTunes? Good luck to teachers stopping listening to music in class... although if someone hacked your brain... *brrr*
