i hear men can't be raped by women because we're immune to roofies, and women don't have a penis. women also can't beat up men with frying pans or bats or whatever because men are strong and manly

Legal definitions vary from country to country and can hardly be used in international debates.
I could look up the legal definition of rape of Zimbabwe and use that to get my points through. I'll do Germany's for now.

The legal definition of Germany says that rape is the act of forcing an unwilling person to sex or sexual activities through means of violence, blackmail or threats.

According to definition you proposed a woman exposing her genitalia and rubbing them into a another woman's face while shoving a shotgun up her vagina wouldn't be rape because she isn't male.

I prefer Germany in this case. It sounds more equal to me.

Unfortunately this debate is asking for opinions. If that is the law where Macro lives, then that is the law where Macro lives.

Whether or not you agree with it or think Germany's law is better is a different matter.

The point of this thread is to expose disparity. If you are saying "I prefer to use Germanies definition because it is more equal" then you are completely missing the point.

Okay. Let's just say that for argument's sake, we'll define rape as non-consensual sex. I understand that most people in this thread aren't living in the UK.

I didn't actually disagree with Oracle's point on women being raped more than men. If I use the above definition of rape, or the UK's legal definition, women are still raped more. But my point was that men are victims of crime just as much as women, and since rape falls under crime, then it isn't a valid point in support of men having an easier ride through life than women.
