Firstly; It looks superb, tho there are a few things I believe you should consider:

1) The "depth" (, shading between layers,) of the "different pieces" of the head lacks the kind of depth you used in for example the shoulders; this also goes for the chest area. This also goes in general for the would set, the gray segments uses a larger span of light and dark sub-colors while the red and yellow in the eye is very sharp. This could be due to the texture resolution, if so, I hope you take that into account.

2) The orange color would most probably look better if you made it look like pain that has been added on top of the metal, this could easily be featured if you made it worn down much differently from the greyish metal it lies on top of (you could make it look as if flakes has been worn off).

3) The general shading of the different textures is very different, using different techniques and not using a generic method is sometimes fine, but when as now for example the back portion of the head and the back of the tori has such a great difference in sharpness it really stands out as "blurry" on the back of the head.
Now doing recoloring for people not in the clan as-well, PM for more info!

Hanz0 is god. Honestly one of the best texture sets I've seen, even though it's not quite complete.

It all just flows together so well. Great work.

Back or front of the lumbar? I'm assuming back since there's been some other comments about that.

The idea was to make some mechanical-looking 'vertebrae' on the lower spine. I do think they could use some refining though.

I use Photoshop. The pen tool is my best friend.

1: Yeah, I know. I think it's mostly arising from how long it's been since I textured, so as I progress I keep remembering old tricks or coming up with new ones and not updating the old pieces. I'm definitely planning on going back for an overall stylistic pass in the end. The monoeye's also received a lot of comments and I'm intending to work on that as well.

2: Yup, that's the idea. For now I'm just getting general shapes and stuff in place (And adding general shading because otherwise previews look really flat and make me sad) but I'll be weathering the painted sections later.

3: See #1.

Thanks for the comments guys. I'm continuing to make slow progress on the torso - lots of going back and redoing things or changing them completely as I come up with new ideas but it's coming along at its own pace. More previews in a few days probably, depending on how tired three days of work makes me.

It will probably look great when finished

I think the back of the lumbar is out of place too.

Been playing lots of Warframe lately but reworked the "spine" and did a bit of striping on the back. In a bit of a rut lately as I try to figure out what to do with the lower torso. May go back and work on the arms some more while I think about that.

I love it.
The fact that the shoulder joints arnt symmetrical is such a small thing that makes me happy.

Also the back of the head, the black part seems so different, and out of place. Not sure if youre done with the head or not, but it looks awesome otherwise.
