Perhaps you don't read the news or try to understand them. In the EU there are certain laws. Laws are rules that people decided to enforce with the police, just so we are on the same page.
In the EU there are laws that allow people to register as refugees. They officially seek asylum. They register for it and receive benefits paid by me and other taxpayers.
I'd suspect that terrorists don't register as refugees and that they would find other ways to enter a country. ISIS actually has funds to finance operations if they wish to. I have not heard about the Paris or Belgium bombers being refugees at all, actually.

I don't have a problem with people using official channels, I don't think anybody has. I'm talking about illegal migrants. The ones you see crawling under the fences. ISIS won't need any funds if they can just send their people in with the masses.

The Paris/Belgium bombers had 'refugees' among them. One of them entered using a fake Syrian passport.
