Improve your run pls
Setup to the jump was meh, should have used your pecs/shoulders
Jump was waaaayy too twitchy, try waiting until your foot is on the ground or almost on the ground before extending
Should have done some fancy spin in the air or just look less awkward in general
Landing was alright, but extended/straightened knees aren't the best to use to gain momentum
Looks like you're using either your top half of your body or your lower ones, try to use many joints at the same time :/
