I chose to do the impossible mode
I believe P ≠ NP. If you have came up with an answer, you have done all the work to get that answer, while somebody else (I'm talking about a human in this sentence) checking it won't need to speculate if there are other answers, because the answer is either right or wrong. (Back to a Tulling machine (computer)) So that means solving a problem quickly does not mean the same as checking a problem just as fast, because checking only has two possible answers (right or wrong), while solving has as many numbers as you can get, showing P ≠ NP.
not a bad effort, especially for the first person to try impossible mode after it was implemented. However, it is incomplete and wouldn't hold up as a mathematical proof. I would suggest completing the other application form and re-submitting before a decision is made. I too, will refrain from voting until you either concede or submit another application attempt.
as previously stated, not having a Skype is problematic, as 95% of conversation happens there. though there are a few who stick solely to the forums (hepimen comes immediately to mind) and don't miss out on anything that happens here.
