Mmm. Not completely true. If my best friend applies and is only a black, I'm probably gonna accept him. But most of my friends are 6th+ so, that doesn't matter a whole lot.

no. u mis understood me. i meant they all must be put through the same tests. no apply, and their in. they must be tested in battle, and talked over first. This way, we won't get another issue like this one.
