Inner clan problems can cause disputes and death of the clan. I know this doesn't concern me but since we are allies I will lend you a hand. First of all, me as a leader learned a lot from my mistakes and turned strict. I had to make hard desicions in order to save the whole clan even if that costed me one member. I honestly think that leaders should agree and as a leaders they should listen to the clan in order to create a bond that have good communication to lead to fast understandings. Be wise with choosing new members, get to know them and refine them if possible if they have some problems that could destroy or damage the reputation of the clan. Don't think yourself as a member, be a leader who can make desicions and act quick toward the situation. The problem sometime is that some leaders tend to blend with the clan to much and forget that they have the command and authority to make desicions. Chances are ok but don't let them get advantage of those chances and act serious. Say and write those word firm without hesitating, this is your clan, you're the authority, let you voice be heard.
