But WHY waste our time on it if they just bought all the qi? Putting the win ratio limit will solve all the problems without the applicant having to struggle to reach that limit, and then we won't have fake customs trying to apply when they will just waste our times. Plus, having a higher belt tends to make you want to be biased. Honestly, I always thought 2nd dan was way too low, but it's been working fine and I don't want a beginner applying into a clan like this without knowing what they're doing. so there's no need to even remove the belt restriction.

Because most people here don't have a win ratio of 1 >.>

Lets just give all a chance to apply.. its always alot of fun to reject people.. and then send them to testing if they get the yes votes

The only one under 1 is Ace and it's not like he's bad, why would we kick him just for a new rule? Also, qi is awarded for every match completed so you can't lose it unless there's a transfer.

Yeah, even the win/loss ratio doesn't say a whole lot about the actual skill of a player, for instance if someone is beating helpless white belts all day in a private server would give him a ratio of like 50 but this player hasn't learned anything about tb and probably has e-balls with the size of a disco ball. And the personality of a cock.

tl;dr - Good ol' testing is still essential.

The ratio doesn't affect our opinion on them T_T It just blocks people who bought their qi.
