The worst thing to ever possibly do.
1. lose loads of respect for our clan
2. That person good or bad will go out and start talking "slang" about our clan.
3. what if they really had potential and could benifiet our clan as a whole or maybe even the whole community.

Raise the limit by one if this happens.
it will not lose or harm us in anyway.
