Never mind the fact that the lore of nine-tailed foxes existed well before naruto. And the concept of using energy/magic as a weapon in a spherical shape has existed since the beginning of time.
And Pudge was in DotA before he was in DotA2. Heck, he has his own separate mod on WC3 called Pudge Wars.
