I used to be a lot like that until I met my SO. Now that I'm with her, we get out pretty regularly. That said, since I've been in Canada away from her, all I do is sit on my computer, ahah.

Heh, you could always attempt to incorporate physical activity into your daily life in the things you normally do rather than forcing yourself to complete regular gym sessions.
