I like the idea of maintaining a balance for clan events. Maybe I was hasty to say absolutely no bank.

I don't like the idea of people taking out more than they put in. This is a fairly open clan. People are allowed a chance to be active and supportive members of ICOF's cause.
While we are about friendliness and helping people out wherever we can, I don't want to see us being taken advantage of.

Stocking everyone's items together feels a bit sketchy to me, though. I haven't heard a sound argument for why we should do this.

The clan does not need money. People use TC to buy items to decorate their own accounts.
TC that is donated to the clan, is used to fund clan hosted events.
