Selling tc for dollars?

People sell a lot of tc on the forums.
The rate is 10k / 1$ but if you give it up with something like 11k / 1$ you could sell it really fast.

The currency is not favorable in my country so selling tc to make quick bucks doesn't sound like a good idea. I also can't buy tc through Steam somehow.

You need to make transactions with your own money on Steam first, in order to unlock the market feature.
