Trust me its going to get worse before it gets better.
Hopefully our clan will be able to prosper quickly, I think that our history is having intrested players drag their feet, so once we start growing it will be easier to get other members.

Haha thanks, and I'm trying to be modest here, but any problem we may have can be solved with a little hard work.

Case in point: Testing.
I say we keep a constant management of the recruit server, that way if we find any exceptional players, we can test them right on the spot, and if they pass the test there, THEN we have them apply.

You see, it would save much time then having to constantly find a time that both players can agree upon .

Not a bad idea Silent ... I'm ingame almost 5 hours at day (sometimes way more than 5 some times less than 5) I can make recruit server every time I play if you want :P ... But this is not the right threat to discuss this tho

It's better to have few good,active and skilled members,than to have lots of guys who don't know how to fill a damn form and suck at the game itself.I for one am happy with our current clan members(+ we are getting good editions like Load) , and if we keep our requirements as they are now,we will keep getting better.
Spica is a good member and a good tester,he mostly does the testing around here due to being very active ingame ... but everyone has a right to test people ... still,everyone should seek out skilled and clanless players they're playing with , and invite them to our clan

I concur, its all about quality not quantity.

lordtiger, if we like who we're playing with, why not just ask them if theyre intrested in joining. If they say yes, then take them aside and test them on a remote server.

Once they pass, then they would fill out the application, so you get the 2 steps done quicker.
