Okay, you know when people tell you to be "relaxed."
They meant your entire body to be "fluid."
Try
not to relax any joint(s)
you like (in your replay, the torso and abs) and call it "relaxed."
As for being stiff: People see someone being stiff is when their movements are rigid.
To know if you're stiff or not is by checking the flow and how long you've had that specific body part (as a whole, for example: Arm, leg. Not shin, forearm, etc.) on that joint state throughout the replay.
