Update on the situation.
hampa and Oyster have talked and figured out that Paypal itself is the one that screwed the pooch here. I'm in the middle of reversing all of these transactions. What this means for lucky dip purchasers in this thread: You will get your TC back that you spent, and the items will be confiscated and taken out of circulation. Oyster you've been unbanned, do not spend any TC that you made from this deal, it's being reversed today. Don't make more work for me please.
Edit: All done finally, with help from SlipAnc. Oyster, come into IRC when you can so we can talk about what the fuck happened and make sure everything was dealt with smoothly.
