Also, I'm having a bit of a snag with gimp. I somehow threw away my dialog box, from my toolbox. now it says drop dockable dialogs here.

How can I make it go back to normal? Q_Q

I don't use gimp, but there is probably a windows tab up at the top, where you can select what is viewable.

Also no idea if thats still a problem considering it was a week ago.

Remember when my computer died? Well, consider it on life support. The only thing that works is the internet and battlefield 2 for some odd reason.

Anyway, I believe I am actually getting a desktop.

Glad you took my advice That way if anything else one your computer dies, you can just replace the part instead of buying a new one, unlike laptops where it's basically impossible to replace parts.

Also art, i'm kinda sorta making a really low profile trible-ish texture set for myself. Not posting pics now, but you can /dl and /lp me ingame if you really wanna see it.

Anyway, the reason I am getting a desktop is because my dad is a logical person.
I told him I just wanted a laptop for schoolwork and stuff, and the final price of the one we selected was 200 shy of how much the full price of a desktop (which is like 3 times better) would cost. So originally, I just wanted a little laptop that I could use for gimp and toribash, and now I'll probably be getting one that can run tf2 without sweating at all.
