i think we should give kob a chance to post some replays. Just because you dont save replays doesnt mean that you are bad. Plus he has a decent amount of posts.

I'd like to take this time to explain what exactly a "Veto" is.
A veto is an act meant to cancel the authorities decision. It is made AFTER a decision has been made. So if we were to wait for veto's before letting anyone in it would create an infinite loop of not being able to veto because we couldn't let them in til people offered the veto, etc etc
In layman's terms, veto comes after the person gets in.

well sorry to make u look derp, but some of us study law here.
and at least when the law is finished its proposed , but its still non effective, it goes to a higher rank itn the democracy and he or she can choose to veto it or not among other options.
makeing who ever made those laws rewrite it or just gave up on it.
so i would say veto is to stop something bad to happen.
while a big sector says yes, another migth see it from a diferent side and veto it. and prevent the will of the sector.
im being abstract cuz i dont know how it works in canada or in the uk , but its like that here.
