Fish sir, when do the clans who have paid off november have to pay for december?
I just got a PM asking.

Start of the month give or take 15 days. So, about now. A lot of them don't pay because they're already inactive and this is how they get cleaned up.

QI requirements are fine.
People don't spam to get qi, and if they farm for it, b&b&b&.

There's not much point in PMing them unless the clan is alive. Check their thread and then decide.
