This is question is trully based off many things, either from Replay Making to Mod Making.
There trully is no best toribash player (in my opinion) it's all based on what the person does in the toribash community.
So I'll post some #1's in my book.
Replay Making: Nuthug and Chezda
Ingame: Somewhere between Zaarock, Imsku, and Aj (Aj for his personality he sucks ingame <3)

Jaker is unarguably the best replay maker.
He has ALOT of records under him, and fantastic skills in realistic, damaging etc. etc.
But theres sure alot of other people that play more MP than him, and are better in it.

Having records doesn't necessarily mean the replays are high quality.

No it doesn't, but he has showed quality replays, and record ish replays.
Both of those take the cake over other people.

Well can you do me a favor and Check some of Chezda's replays?

I say its Blackdemon.Modest when he wins aswell.
