ala, Goto your custom folder and put the pictures in, I don't know the whole process cause I never done it but I think thats how it goes.

I think you need to have the same name, like goto someone who has full 128, There head would be called head.tga. copy the name of that and paste it onto your picture, then
over right his picture with yours.

what? i made a folder named preview. it didnt work. so.... i have to do it on someones folder that has full 128? then make backup folder then replace textures? is that what you want me to do?

No, goto someone's folder who has 128 textures, copy the names of their textures and put it on yours. So you overwrite their stuff.

what about the file names?

name your files the same as their files.

do i have to name it for example, head. should i put head.tga or just let the computer do the tga thing?
