He was making a comparison, not describing the US. No one has killed barrack obama, and even if they did we would not be open for attack. He does not have complete control over our country. Infact, he doesn't even have that much control at all.
Presidents have been assasinated before, and we push through and prevail.
Many people fail to see the real situation here. Their government was protecting Osama Bin Ladin, a big terrorist threat. By doing so they are aiding the enemy. We could have a full out war with them if we wanted to, but we aren't big bullies as the world so often depicts us. If the US army inflicts any damage to property or civilians, we pay for it. They would rather have us there then any other country, Say Britain for example.
