My feeling about this idea is that
there is a good reason Valve have implemented trade authorization/confirmations. To prevent stolen accounts being easily unloaded of any and all valuables,
and to decrease the number of complaints/reports into a manageable amount.
"
First, enough money now moves around the system that stealing virtual Steam goods has become a real business for skilled hackers. Second, practically every active Steam account is now involved in the economy, via items or trading cards, with enough value to be worth a hacker's time. Essentially all Steam accounts are now targets." -

As long as TC is today sold for real money, by players, using payment systems outside of Toribash: This would make it much quicker to unload stolen accounts of their items as well. Then sell the TC for real currency making it harder to deal with when reported, since the TC (of the items) is then
gone into real world currency.
If this idea is ever implemented, then Toribash and it's userbase better be prepared for
even more reports and stolen inventory.
The first thing then, for Toribash itself, would be to disallow sell/buy outside of Toribash's own control/system. Since they have no say in e.g Visa or Paypal refunds, whatsoever.
IMO
