I would like to Implement a trial system
An applicant who got 50/50 votes of yes's and no's
Gets a chance to show they fit in SSMM by being apart of SSMM for a week

I changed our recruitment thread to the use of Free form applying style.
any recommendations for how our member acceptance system should work let me know
