So I'm curious as to how all of you somehow know whether or not this warrants a report. Are you secretly a moderator? Because if so, you're doing it wrong.

If it was indicated that CookishMan would purchase the head and Novitech subsequently sent the head in good faith, then CookishMan is obligated to pay for the head and be more careful in the future. You pay for what you say you'll pay for, once you have received the product.

By the way, all you people calling Novitech a noob: Shut the fuck up. You're no better.
Also, proper usage of the tools available to you does not indicate a lack of skill. So don't go saying that his head took no skill to make, as you're just making an idiot out of yourself through your ignorance.

hanz0, cookish DID send a PM before he recieved the texture about novitech has to w8 until all of the others were done.. and yet, he still sent it..

im not sure, this request is causing too much contreversy I will pick the winner tomarrow.
And technically i never promosed the money I basically said you are most likely in the lead known, as stated in the thread. then after i said you will most likely win he send me the head texture as if he thought he had already won.
So really I wasnt obligated to pay anything :P

I sent Hanz0 a copy of our PMs... he'll sort it out I guess.

Pivotbash: Read before you post. Novitech indicated that the order of events, in chronological order, was:

1. CookishMan says he'll purchase the head, and asks if he wants 10k or the item - it'll take a few days to get the 10k.
2. Novitech asks for the 10k, and sends the head in good faith.
3. CookishMan sends a PM saying not to send the head yet.

But why would cookish send a pm saying not to give him the request AFTER it has been sent.. could it have possibly been a same time sent? as in novitec sent it at the same time as cookish? and it could have gotten mixed up that way.. but cookish did say he wouldnt use the head at all.

actually im pretty sure that both the waiting and the sent head text were sent at the same time but i cant be sure =/
