I agree entirely with Junt, possibly for the first time ever.
I love XP, simply because I only use Firefox, Word, Photoshop and games.
XP is simple, which makes it good. For me, anyway.

I tried Vista, but the thing was too buggy, document creation was a chore sometimes and I hate the layout.

Vista can run almost all XP programs provided you set the correct administration and run things in say, WINDOWS XP MODE?

Vista can look *EXACTLY* like Windows XP.

64 bit Vista boots up in under 10 seconds for me.

Vista is *STARTING* to be a nice desktop system, but it definitely does not suck in such.

I think Ubuntu sucks more imo. Simply, because... god I hate that shit operating system.

Go OS X. Perfect development system. Easy on the eyes, fast and works well. Pitty about the menus n such though.

So I have to say, I've never had any problems with Vista since SP1.
But now back to topic:
I thought about buying W7... I think I will get it after it's getting cheaper. It does not capture as much RAM as Vista does so it's faster. If I had Windows XP 64bit I would stay by that one!! xD
