Well, we need to see something spectacular that separates you from the other Piratez. Something that shows us that you can be trusted to do great things, keep the clan in good nick. And that way if we can ever have a 4th mod, you'll be up on the votings.

I like to think I constantly give you my personal input but I do see what you are saying. I'll become more involved with the clan and whatnot. For now though, I have my sights set on someone who might be willing to join the clan.
