Redid some of your ranks and definitions for the ranks along with creating a set up system. (only so and so amount of people can have this rank, etc etc)

It's going to take me a little bit of time tomorrow, but I'll have a ranking guide complete in no time for you guys. :3

:3 another piece of work done for the clan. I made a "How to Rank Up" guide for you guys. Normally for secret we just added it to out clan info thread. Th suggestions for them can also be stretched here and there. Example: when I wasn't a high enough ranking to host inactivity checks, I had a higher ranking clan member post that he would cohost one with me... Made the leader proud that I was taking the initiative to host something required for a higher rank than mine.
