Anywayz, Apel, the process of c/p mapping can be quiet hard and the payment is very low.
So, the mapping has to be right, but the dimensions of the head won't allow it without some modification.

Since the testificates aren't full members yet and are just temporary, I think it's better to cleanse em up first (by promoting or kicking) so that we'll have a fixed member list before applying for officialness. (better to keep the memberlist unchanged after we applied, no quitting or kicked member)
Also some (if not all) of them have passed the test period, more reason to start deciding their fate.
