Trainees is just another rank if we treat them as everyone else (and it would be disrespectful not to) maybe make a rank called "Talented noobs" or something and make it very hard to get there. I still think that the best way to get a clan look good and progress is to make people in-game see experienced level with our tag and not just talented ones.

Back to Venal: if he does play as good as you say, get him approved by one other clan member (by duel or by replay post) and I will gladly support his entrance to the clan
