Cozza are you using Photoshop? Cause you may benefit from learning to use the ink pen tool, it makes it much easier to create smooth curves, just a suggestion

Psycho, like I said to Tessh, I am purely a beginner learning on my own. You could teach me about that tool if you want, I am always open to learning .

I'm no expert but that's where the pen tool is, you select number 1 and you click from point to point and it'll create straight lines, you drag those points to create curves, it takes a lot of time to master (as does everything else in photoshop) but it can be extremely useful

So it is for making lines and curves? It doesn't seem too hard..

It's a bit more complicated than that, give it a try, if you find it easy then great cause it's really useful, but I personally never got the hang of it xD
