powerpull, you just want to be the leader of a clan, even though your not that good at taking care of one. you need more experience, (like Me!)jk and you need to recruit people that have quite a few posts, say, about 70 and you need to see if they're good in battle, mitiplayer and single. also, you need to see what they can do good at. not just abunch of noob things like jousting.
