Man, I really like coming here to give you guys some tips.

I'm going to be as honest as possible, when you first open up a recruitment center/reopen one you will get a lot of fan boys who only want to be in Jolt because the clan is good, not for the members.

Most of the apps aren't going to be viable, I know this from experience. I'm not saying you should close down the thread, but maybe you guys should look for players in game more, rather than waiting for that one good player in weeks to show up.

thank you pimp for this big big tip ! and i gotta say , Pimp is right , we gotta search more and more to harvest people and make them join jolt (yep) . and people who apply (noobs , uh sorry :3) wants to have a tag to show off and you know . but the real Player would have the tag with loyality , and with higher activity , and he would help his clan if its dying etc .
