Tom's Leadership shines through the clouded smog of the application battlefield once more. I 3rd the decision of changing Omega Juniors into a testing period. You can make constipate our first guinea-pig. I'll bosh up a thread we can all add to.

I like the idea of this training period thing if we are going to have juniors at all see whats the point of having a 2dan and up restriction if we are not going to stick to it?

Well the difference is anyone under the sun can apply as a full member aslong as they meet the all requirements, where as juniors are only people we have specially decided to invite due to their promising potential, so it's going to be rarer as anyone cannot just apply as a junior.
Plus the point of the academy is also to help them meet the requirements of a full member (eg 2nd Dan), and untill they do so they will forever stay Juniors. Plus we can kick juniors at the flip of a hat, infractions or no infractions imo.

Proof of the pud is look how well I turned out, Co-Leader And GATA, and I just sold a head for 50k. Re-pigeon-diculous...
