Actually on a serious note, Teemo IS the fastest jungler and JUST BEHIND him is Ahri, I mean they are both very strong junglers but teemo does have the faster clear times, And toon style, If you rush a dorans blade and dorans ring it creates a hybrid nuking motion with your q + 2 auto attacks, dominates all game.
