I have insomnia. My normal sleep is about 3-4 hours.
But back on topic with the recruitment.
Invite only we can choose who we invite but in that case we basicly must look for the members. Having a recruit thread we can see who want to join our clan and then we can do like a meet up ingame, play for a bit, get to know them and then we decide if we think they are Power material.
In my opinion that might be the best course of action to get members and still not inviting everyone who seems promising with only their application.
Ill respect the leaders decicion but thats how I would do it.
