We could use the tc from the bank to buy some of this, then sell it for slightly more for a small profit.
We could also buy things that people in Phantom really want, as long as when they sell it, they give the tc to the bank. Or they can just donate it back.

I updated the TC balance, current donations, and loans. Everything's all set.
