Update: 1500tc for each vulcan gradient, 1000tc for the vulcan torso, 250tc for the vulcan usertext, 250tc for the ghost, 250tc for the vulcan timer.
Note that I am partially ignoring market prices. I've seen vulcan being sold many times and have sold it myself many times and have realised that while the market prices are there, they get traded for much less because it's hard to trade vulcan for anything close to the market price. Though really the only thing 'too low' out of my offers is the force price but eh, that's just my opinion based on my experience.
