I am an archer so numbers are of no issue. In one of the dungeons I fought probably around 30 draugr deathlords/s... I forgot what the other ones are called, the onse with bows and magic and they summon antonarches.


To answer your first question, it is normal. I've been grabbed like that about 3 times, and 1 time I was at almost full hp.


I am an archer and mage as well, but I was talking about head on fighting. I could just go up on a cliff and shoot them from there until they all die, but that wasn't the challange ;p

I just changed my whole style of play to make it interesting
instead of two blades and light armor
I am doing shield/sword and heavy armor
also getting that alchemy

leveling is fast again xD

like this its even easier

Just finished both the thieves guild and dark brotherhood quests. The storylines for both were pretty great.

Really? I found the theives to be better.

The Dark Brotherhood didn't really have a 'crowning moment of awesome' the same way that the Theives guild did.

You can't beat a secret order formed to safe guard a portal to another dimension, and a ridiculously powerful artifact. Also they have awesome armour.

I'm still just doing regular side quests. I prefer to make seperate characters for specific faction questlines.

the dark brotherhood was quite a disappointment, I didn't quite feel that feeling of the hunt at any time, nor did it require much planning to kill someone. I was drawing charts so I killed people and wasn't detected in oblivion, FUCKING CHARTS, but here I could just climb up high on some rooftop with a bow and 1-shot anyone inside a town. I did get a cold in my stomach once, when I backstabbed some imperial guy in broad daylight in the middle of solitude, which is generally packed with people, and came out undetected, but that's about it.
