You don't need to be an admin to run fraps
Unless your PC asks for confirmation then your screwed

hes screwed anyway because everytime you open it, it asks for confirmation everytime you launch it.

My laptop can't run fraps.
I tried it once with TB and Fallout 3, and it failed miserably.

Kam, I believe a couple of words you might like are "custom computer" I'm really highly surprised that Skyrim ran on your laptop if it's RAM intensive and you only have 2 GB. Anyhow, what do you mean by failed miserably?

By failed miserably, I mean that it (fraps) crashed and caused the game running to crash if it recorded for any longer than 10 seconds. And the recorded footage played at the framerate it recorded (8-13FPS)
