the reason why i am saying NO is because when i asked him on skype about what he could bring to the clan, he constantly was saying, ummmmmm, can you repeat that?

i even made it simple (how can you improve the clan)
and he sounded befuddled. he lacks the simple knowledge of answering a simple question.

and guys, try to give a reason when you give your answer. it lets the applicant know why they were accepted or rejected
