save the .tbm into ...\Toribash-3.8\data\mod, and it should show up in toribash.

Hands are coded to do this.
Feet aren't coded to do this.
Unless you want us to re-write the toribash source, compile it, and give you it, all without being illegal, your out of luck.

Maybe a ape mod in which you must grab the other guy with your feet so you gotta switch the hands and feet would that be possible?
