It is. Version 4 changes are little bit useless. With a complicating server list, and you need a mid-class computer spec and a good internet connection to prevent you from the "not responding" problem. This is azurious trouble.

My laptop is low-end, and my internet in from a mobile phones' wifi hotspot, and I can still run 4.0+ fine.

The flag lies! I don't know a single word in Ninja's language! The forums think that I'm serbian. I kinda have a program to cover up my ip so that the cover-up ip address is made to look like a european one. In the long run, I'm not sure I could get IP banned from a server. I prerfer ToriBash 3.98 over anything, I used it for about 2 years and I was adjusted to only being able to extend and contract with limbs when clicked on them, no relax and hold. It's affected my fighting in the long run.

Yup, flag sometimes lies. I am from Finland, and it here 4 weeks ago said I am from Brazilia. It took 4 days to get my flag back to Finland's flag >.<

It's a glitch. No need to worry. It's a very often problem. They didn't fix this since version 4 was released. Or maybe an unfixed bug, and they still can't solve this problem. If I were you, I wouldn't care about it.

I haven't cared about it, but it's still annoying. I we're called brazy idiot when I won white belt, lol. I care it only when someone calls me with '' bad '' names ;)
