I think we should add another part to the recruitment section where recruites need to acknowledge who recruited them and then the person/people they mention cannot vote themselves. If they recruited the person then obviously they want them in, but it's not about them it's about the clan and therefore by recruiting them in the first place they have thus shown their opinion.
